The Universe Calls, One Accident at a Time
This is the reason why I am doing Great Folks and Good Stories is to help “bootstrap” this revolutionary platform technology. The hand/arm shown in this video is phase five in the program plan.
The feature set:
Whether a prosthetic arm/hand or robotic (Cobotic, the ability to use robotics safely with humans) arm/hand the brain or the controller is proprioceptive. Without visual reference the device is aware of position and future position.
Combination of soft and hard batteries so that the device can operate all day on one charge.
Touch is such that the fingers can feel a breath, minute changes in temperature, and pressures.
The hand/arm operates in a fluid and life-like fashion with the ability to incorporate into personalities with prosthetics.
Remote control learning for assembly and complex sequences of task.
Release of Phase 5 in this video is targeted for Sept. 2, 2030. And manufactured in sufficient numbers to provide several amputees a no cost solution for prosthetics. Whether this Cobotic Hand & Arm or another provider.
This is a mission. A mission for an American entity to build the world’s leading Cobotic hand and arm with an American supply chain. If successful, the company will be owned by the employees and the culture to maintain the mission of using the profits to provide prosthetic hands and arms for those in need at no cost.
Please like follow or subscribe. We need to have as many folks as possible watching to ensure the intellectual property is secure going forward. More to come.

Going to Court after Zoning Appeals Rejected Data Center Proposal
April 13, 2026, Urbana, Ohio, USA. The results of the City of Urbana Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) meeting regarding a proposed data center site plan in April 2026. The Urbana BZA unanimously denied an appeal from Thor Equities LLC, Urbana Investment Group LLC, and Highland Real Estate, accepted the city's determination that a proposed data center site plan application was incomplete. This decision prevented the immediate advancement of a proposed data center project in the city.
The decision is part of an ongoing controversial debate by residents and outside parties leading the anti-data center crusade, Thor Equities and residents who need more information whether a data center build at the south end of the city. #greatfolksandgoodstories #datacenter #development
The next step will be for Thor Equities to file an appeal in Champaign County Common Pleas Court.
